Requirements:

  • Lawyers seeking to apply must be members (in good standing) of The Law Society of Upper Canada;
  • Other professionals must be members (in good standing) of a professional regulatory body as established by the board;
  • Individuals must have completed 5 days of approved Collaborative Training (2 days of Level 1 and 3 days of Level 2);
  • Must subscribe to the principles of Collaborative Practice; and
  • Must have paid their required fees in full
