Understanding the dynamics of change within an interdisciplinary team Bringing together financial, family and legal expertise

In this course you will learn about team philosophy and the dynamics of team function, including the development of protocols and processes that enhance service delivery.

The shift from thinking as an individual professional to working as a member of a professional team involves understanding and managing change. We are pleased to have Gail Aller-Stead as trainer at this workshop. Gail is an internationally renowned expert and author in the field of change management. The other members of the training team are Marion Korn, Eva Sachs, Jennie Ormson All bring their extensive collaborative team experience to this training.

This workshop builds on learning a deeper understanding of interest based negotiations, client assessment and suitability, managing client expectations, strengthening communications tools and management of a Collaborative Practice case.

This Level II course will provide a 3 day certificate of the 5 days required for qualification by Collaborative Practice Toronto’s roster.

This training has been accredited with 8.5 Professionalism hours and 10.25 Substantive hours by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
