Completion of this five-day course enables the participant to join local Collaborative practice groups and to commence practice of the collaborative model of dispute resolution.

Not all matters have to be litigated. For matters that are best dealt with outside of court, Collaborative Practice offers a “service” oriented, client-centered approach to problem solving. Your clients will thank you.

• Level I Program (April 18 and 19) has been accredited by the Law Society for 3 professionalism hours

• Level I Program (April 18th and 19th) has been accredited by the Law Society for 6.25 new member CPD hours

• Level II Program (April 20, 21 and 22) has been accredited by the Law Society for 5 professionalism hours

• Level II Program (April 20, 21 and 22) has been accredited by the Law Society for 17 new member CPD hours
