Family Law for Family Mediators

This 21-hour course on family law, required for non-lawyers seeking to become accredited family mediators through the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM). Training will survey all major areas of family law including property law, child support, spousal support, and custody and access.

Special guest speakers, role plays, and other activities.

Includes extensive materials provided in advance.

Snacks and luncheon each day.

Optional: 4 day training, to meet requirements under Arbitration Act: 30 hours.
